Meet Yancy Fernanda Boch Bac!

Yancy lives with her mother, sister, two brothers, aunt, uncle, and grandmother. Her father is not in their lives. Her mother sells poultry in an open-air market in Guatemala City. At home, Yancy helps care for her siblings and assists her grandmother with household chores because her mother works long hours. Her favorite subject is Christian Education, and her favorite colors are pink and purple. She loves playing on the swings at school and eating pizza. She is a diligent, thoughtful, and high-achieving student who dreams of becoming a chef.
